Falcom debuted a initial gameplay footage from a PlayStation 4 chronicle of Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana during a Taipei Game Show 2017 theatre event.
As formerly detailed, a PlayStation 4 chronicle of Ys VIII runs during 60 frames per second, supports 4K, facilities new actions, softened control response, softened graphics, and more.
The footage introduces a new “Style Change” system, in that enemies can usually be degraded by fighting in a certain style. There are also dungeons that can usually be unbarred with such styles.
Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana is due out for PlayStation 4 in Japan on May 25.
